Bu Dusseldorf, Köln falan aktarma noktası oluyor kargo şirketi ucuz olsun diye tüm kargoları önce belirli bir yere götürüp sıralıyor merak etmeyin geç olsa da gelecektir.

PCBler dun geldi.

Fakat birisinde cok ciddi hata yapilmis. Bana bos bir flex PCB geldi.

Yeni bir siparis verecegimi ancak hatanin ne oldugunu bilmek istedigimi soyledim.

Bana gonderilen PCBnin fotolarini istediler gonderdim. Inceleyeceklermis.

Hata onlarda gorunuyor. Ancak cok profesyonel bir PCB firmasi nasil boyle bir hata yapar anlamiyorum.

Fakat bir de soyle ozel bir durumum var.

PCB yi elle degil hic pcb cizmeden dogrudan gerber kodlari yazdigim programa cikarttim.

Ardindan gerber viewer programlari ile cizimin istedigim gibi oldugunu teyid ettim. Ardindan da gerber dosyalarini ureticiye yolladim.

Bakalim bu duruma ne sebep olmus.

Yalniz PCB uretim konusunda ozellikle de gerber konusunda cok eksiklikleri var.

Ornegin 1 kac MB tutan bir gerber kodlari negatif calisma ile 10K gibi kucuk bir boyuta indirebiliyorum.
Adamlarin gerber yazicilari negatif cizimi yorumlayamiyor. Web sitelerinde kullandiklari gerber viewer da sorunlu.
